Attaching Hexy's Leg to Body

I have been trying to attach Hexy’s thigh to the body but the medium screw which threads into the clothespin piece does not seem to grip correctly, even after tightening the screw as far as it will go.Consequently, some of the screw’s thread is exposed and there is a few millimeters of play between the thigh and leg. This occurs with all the legs. Has anybody else had this issue? Thanks for your help.

This is discussed elsewhere in the forum, but the short version is that the way the parts are cut, one side may have narrower holes than the other.

Try flipping the piece over.
