This is extremely odd. We have used different thicknesses in different batches, but never in the same batch like this. If you could please send an email to help@arcbotics.com with your address, and where you bought it from (so we can track down how this happened), and we can get you a new acrylic set pronto.
Its hard to say, they don’t make frequent purchases from us. They have never requested returns (rare for a vendor, but understandable considering how difficult Russian customs are). Based on this, my best guess is they mixed the parts from two returns into a new kit.
Let us know what servos problems you have at help@arcbotics.com, and we can get you replacements.
Okay, this is getting pretty suspicious. Mixing parts like this isn’t cool. We’ll be contacting DKO/electronshik and seeing what’s up with this. If you contact support at help@arcbotics.com, we’ll get you all the parts you need to get up and running.
Seems like these guys (I mean electronshik) are not playing fair. ???
On the other hand, it looks like Arcbotics is doing everything it can to make it right! Outstanding!
