I bought a sparki for my son and am trying to get it up and running but the driver doesn’t install. I am about as far from a computer geek as you can get, so could anyone tell me in detail how to find the driver? I got sparki based on it being identified as “a beginner robot,” so please don’t dis me on my lack of knowledge! lol
What operating system are you running? Are there any errors that are showing?
I’m running Windows 7. No errors show, just says on the list of drivers installed that the sparki driver did not.

Could you try re-downloading the installer, and re-installing, and then rebooting? Just to make sure, you’d downloading SparkiDuino and not the regular arduino software, correct?
