Are there any notable differences between the current plastic gear servos and the metal gear servos you’re offering up in the store?

Will they make the Hexy bionic? Invincible?

Just trying to figure out if there is more to them than more durability and the analog sensor. I was hoping for a bit more torque.

Nope, just durability and feedback. Thy might be a bit stronger (I’d have to check), but its physically hard to cram any more strength without increasing the size of the servo, which of course would mean an entire re-design.

What other Metal gears available besides Turnigy and arcbotics store servos?

None that we know of easily available in the US, sorry.
