Okay so i just built my hexy a few days ago and was able to load the firmware and have pomoco connect to it, however when i give it commands it freaks out and doesn’t do anything that makes sense… kinda getting depressed here because i cant find any help on here with this.
Also when i try to write other programs in arduino to allow it to move without using pomoco arduino cant seem to compile it.
please someone have the heart to help a total noob
How does it freak out, specifically? Most of the time its either a power issue or miss-wired leg connections. This is a good read:

the legs just move in ways that do not look like any of the video’s have shown, for instance if i give the stand up order, the legs curl in seemingly random positions
leg curl is the most common indicator of not enough amps (not volts, amps)
there are many posts here about how to best power your hexy

Sorry i took so long to reply, but it turns out that i not only had the negs misfired, but i also needed different batteries, thanks for all your help
