Pomoco connection problems

Hey folks,

I recently bought Hexy, and got him fully assembled. I have everything downloaded, and arduino IDE is working fine. I uploaded the Blink sketch. I am running on windows 7 and have 5 NiMH rechargable batteries hooked up to the servos and the usb connected.

The problems comes up when i try to use PoMoCo. When i open it i get the following responce:

Attempting to connect to Servotor
Trying Windows Method
Connection to Servotor failed. No robot movement will occur.
initilizing servos
servos initializied
Killing all servos

So i get no response from any of the moves or servo controllers.

Any pointers would be nice. Thx

Hello,

Uploading the blink sketch will cause PoMoCo to not connect. Please upload the latest servotor32 code as per the tutorial:

Thanks, now i got some response from the legs. But now they are doing a weird twitching motion. It looks like maybe 1 or 2 legs are working alright, but the rest kinda twich or maybe dont move at all. My first thoat is that the pins arent aligned. But they all seem to be aligned the right way.

What power supply are you using?

I agree, this does sound like a power issue. Have you tried following the power guide?
