Pomoco not connecting to Servotor

Every time I run Pomoco, it says “Attempting to connect to Servotor.” After a few seconds, it says "Connection to Servotor failed. No robot movement will occur. I have installed the drivers and Pomoco. The servotor32 is running 2.0.

I also tried sending Hexy commands through the Arduino serial monitor. It responds to “V”, “C”, “K”, and “D”. However, when I try to change the position of a servo motor with something like “#15P1000”, nothing happens.

Do you try to run PoMoCo with the Arduino program open? If so, try without it. The serial port can only be in use by one piece of software at a time.
