Power plug no fit

I can’t get the power cables for the servo or logic to connect to the board.
It looks like the male pin on the board is too big for the female socket on the cable adapter.

Because I need to get this running soon, I’ll skip the jacks and solder the wires directly to the board.
Now my question is…Although it seems logical to have two power connectors, one for motors and one for logic. Why can Hexy only hold one power pack?
Which power jack do I use?
Both?

I guess I’ll find out on my own soon.

Hi,
The servo power jack will power the logic too - regulated of course. But the logic input won’t power the servos, neither will the usb power, when you plug in the usb cable. That said - if you use Hexy withe the Bluetooth module without a usb connection, it is a good idea to power the logic separately with a 9v battery. All those servos might consume too much power to power the logic reliable through the servo power.

Hi Steve,

A while ago we had a couple instances of cables not fitting. We immediately fixed all the kits we had, but a few got through. If you email us at help@arcbotics.com, we can make sure you get ones that do fit.

Hi - I had the exact same issue, using a pin with an inner hole diameter of 2.5 mm solved it.
