Servoter32 not being seen on USB

Steps to reproduce. MAC
1 Connect Servotor 32 to a MacBook Running 10.8.3 with USB.
2 Open System Information USB info and It is not showing up as a USB device.
3 Connect Leonardo Board and It sees it Fine.
4 Arduino IDE 1.0.3 Doesn’t See A serial Connection. After choosing Leonardo Board for servoter32 but does when its a Leonardo board.

Windows.
1 Install Drivers (Servotor32 Driver Install v1.1) from Web page.
2 Connect Hexy to Computer with USB, Device not recognized.

Note: Power is at The Servo connections to set Servos 1-4
Green power light lit and and when connection USB and the Status Red light flashes once.
Pushing reset button causes status light to pulse ~12 times
Using 4 NIMH on servo power connect.

Is this just the board, nothing plugged into it? OSX shouldn’t require any drivers at all. I’m also confused by:
3 Connect Leonardo Board and It sees it Fine.
Does that mean you have a 2nd leonardo board, and that one works fine, where as Servotor32 does not?
