I ordered a board on July 20th and I know you’ve been waiting for the boards to come in, but it appears they have. Is there any way I can find out when my order will ship?

Mine was not a kickstarter order, I ordered it on the site. My hexy is a kickstarter order but not the extra board.
Board orders from online should ship this week as well.

Does that ship date hold for Hexy kits ordered through website too?
That date isn’t for Hexy kits, its for people who just ordered the controller board. As far as the kits go, we have all of the non-acrylic items ready to ship for all of the kits, and are able to ship as fast as we can laser cut.

Can you please tell me the status of my order, FedEx has not gotten the shipment yet.

I had sent an email, and gotten no response. FedEx just updated that the shipment from 12/4 was received today.
