We just got our new Sparki today. We were sad to discover that is missing the Bluetooth module. Are others having this problem? Are others finding ArcBotics support helpful in resolving these issues?
Silly question, but did you order one?
The Bluetooth isn’t included with all Sparkis. It was a special order. Mine was in the box.
I actually thought I had the same problem. The box said “Bluetooth module”, but my Kickstarter pledge was for a model without Bluetooth. Which created some confusion at first.
Taking a Sharpie to that line on the box before they shipped it to the non-Bluetooth supporters would’ve saved their customer service department a few hundred emails.
We did notify it was non-bluetooth in the shipping email, and on the side no bluetooth kits are labeled “SPARKIV1-NOBT”. We’ve also updated the start page to let people know to check first.
