Sparki is not recognized on USB connection. I get a message “Device driver software was not successfully installed” Is there any way to fix this. I have not been able to run the sparki since I got it. Please help !

If you happen to have a 64 bit windows installed, read the thread “Windows 8 64 bit Problem installing drivers - FIXED”. I found a way to get the drivers installed which I posted about. Also another post states that the problem I encountered should be fixed and gives a link.
